Community Hall

Saint Michael's Community Hall is situated adjacent to the Parish Church, entered by Powis Road or Saint Michael's Place. We aim to offer use of the hall to community based projects and groups for a low hourly rate, and this has proved to be highly popular during evenings and weekends.

HOWEVER WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A TENANT DAILY MONDAY TO FRIDAY WHO REQUIRES A CENTRAL BRIGHTON BASE WITH A COMMUNITY SPACE, KITCHEN, SEPERATE OFFICE WITH PHONE & PHOTOCOPIER, TOILETS, GAS CENTRAL HEATING & DISABLED ACCESS.

The hall has toilet facilities, a small commercial kitchen and a small garden. An access lift has recently been completed and is now fully functional. Hire of the hall includes tables and chairs and use of the aforementioned facilities.

Currently the hall is used by dance groups, parent toddler, karate, Tai Chi, musicians and various other community groups. But we still have space for more!

Saint Michael's has become somwhat renowed for it Saturday community breakfasts, the cheapest (and best!!) in town. The hall is open for fully cooked breafasts from just £1.50 from 9.00am to 11am every Saturday of the year unless otherwise stated.
